Ranked wins not recorded

I have won several ranked matches, but I get no stars, nor does it count towards 5 ranked games. In some games, opponent concedes. Is thus relevant?

Hi Waycyber,

It sounds like you may have accidentally set it to Casual rather than a ranked mode. You can double-check the mode by clicking the icon above your hero portrait before queueing up for a game.

Thanks. It was definitely in Ranked, but I switched it to Casual and back, and that fixed it,

Same issue for me: 3 games in ranked not recorded that I won.
I also needed to switch to casual and then back to ranked for the recording to work again.

Hi!

For about a week I won’t get any stars anymore after winning ranked games in standard.
And yes, they are ranked standard because they count towards the quest to win 5 games in standard ranked.

Any ideas?

Ok my first statement was wrong. They don’t count towards the quest (win 5 standard rank games, get 2500).

Are you sure you are playing ranked, not casual?

Ok, I’ve played classic ranked mode right now and did not get quest updates.
