Is Pigeon Lord bugged? I had a game in which my Refreshes cost 1 and also i received Quillboars even tho my passive was with quillboars.
And from my understanding when it says " Your Refreshes cost(0) while the Tavern doesn’t have the minion type of your Hero Power", i should not get Quillboars in the Tavern while my passive is giving me Quillboars.
And also when it says "Your Refreshes cost(0) " shouldn’t that be 0 gold? Because on in my game was acutally (1) and after 3-4 refreshes i have a cost (0) .
