I’ve been playing Hearthstone in-an-out since 2014 or so (Season 1 red pandaria skin) . I’ve reinstalled recently after a large break (several years)
I’ve noticed that many items are missing from my profile.
- solo adventure progress (eg naxramass)
- golden hero portraits (uther, rexxar, shaman and more)
- card backs (I had quite a few, e.g. red pandaria was my go-to)
- offered me a free arena ride as if it was my first time
- unlocked stuff for the 1st-time log in like HOTS card back and iOS card back (unlocked ages ago)
how can I get back my trinkets? Thanks
