app stucks on loading screen, isnt net issue on my side, i tried every existing driver already, cleared caches, restarted pc, reinstalled/updated everything etc., HS still sucks

If you are still getting stuck on the loading screen, I’d recommend testing if it occurs on your phone and also under another administrator account.
This should help you work around the issue.
