Hi friends, I just returned to play HS 10 days ago and I heard that’s there is a free pack (150 in total ) for a returning players besides a free deck, I just got the free deck(loan) after 1 week but never get those free packs, I tried to contact the support but no answer yet( the ticket still open), so what should I do?! any suggestions, my last login was in 2020 and I never played since then, I’m from middle east 
there are no 150 packs for returning players. there was an experiment when some players were given some packs (from 20 to 150) but it was just an experiment
I don’t know about the experiment thing but many ppl talk about it and many YouTubers did too, so I thought it’s really helpful for us who’s missed many cards
