I had 5 wins during the pre-release tavern brawl. But I think when I lost the last game Hearthstone got an update. I close the game and opened it again but now I can’t get the chest rewards, it will open but nothing happens, the game freezes in the same screen. Because of it I have not only lost my rewards, I also can’t even play the pre-release tavern brawl anymore, please someone help.
I have exactly the same issue. I’ve been trying to closing and opening the game on pc and mobile too but nothing worked.
