After the update XS 04.29 the game store is constantly closed. Scan and repair did not help. Reinstalling the game did not help. The Internet is stable and without using VPN.

Same issue. I’ve tried everything you mentioned, but I still can’t access the shop on either PC or mobile.

Same problem, many people reporting the same problem as well on twitch. Support just gives random copy/paste replies instead of escalating the issue and making sure it gets fixed. It’s really unbelievable how unprofessional things like this are treated. Extremely disappointed.

The problem is still not solved…
I’m from Holland and since a few days I can’t open the ingame shop anymore. Before it was working for many years without any problem for me.
Also my tickets to support disappear, even in the archive the tickets are gone.
And I’m automatically logged in American server in Battlenet, when I change to EU server it will show me offline while I’m online and I cannot change it.
I did reinstall HS, Battlenet, did an IP flush, restarted my PC and send two tickets to support who provide me with standard troubleshooting link that doesn’t work.
There is no reason for me to play anymore.

Indeed, still not solved (Netherlands here as well). I get the impression the new CEO wants to make more money, but he is not guarding the quality. This hurts the Blizzard brand! What are you doing??!
