Hey so the “shop closed” issue persists despite many fix attempts by me over the last few days. I then bought packs through my battle.net balance but the packs were never rewarded ingame. Opened support ticket already but that’ll probably take a while… Any ideas?

Yea, in Europe both the shop and Arena are unavailable. It’s frustrating.
There are things that you can’t buy through the battle-net client as well,like hero skins.
Hopefully, a hotfix is coming soon.

@blizzard - what’s the issue in Europe, that Arena is closed for 4+ hours?
im in BG with few acc; and only in 1 can play arena and see shop normal
i fix it its ok just refresh email in launcher
yeah true, especially when the dual-class event is going , every day all u do is re open hs during the day with the hard feeling that u want to create those decks .______ . , x. x

The shop has started working for me since yesterday.
I also changed my battle-net password. I don’t know if that’s related. But I think it was hotfixed.

So they didn’t do anything all June, and they only started fixing the store a couple of days ago? So the truth came out, otherwise I don’t understand how a campaign with such a huge experience in game development can’t find a bug in ITS OWN CODE.
