Shop is closed since last update.
Can’t enter the arena for 2 days now.
Multiple topics and reports about the same issue.
Seems to be account based on EU only, both PC and mobile.
Re-installing/Changing networks doesn’t work.
I remember playing one arena match with a arena ticket (with the bug when the mini-set cards weren’t offered)

Same here. Netherlands. Cant buy a battleground pass.

Same in Russia EU. Doesnt work on any other server as well. Tried anything, not connected to internet or something

Change your location to US with VPN and it is done. that fixed it for me.
