мне помог Microsoft Visual C++:(vc_redist.x86.exe).
главное чтобы с установленной win х32/х64, применения.

Greetings skarskir,

When the shop is closed in Hearthstone on PC it should help to reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x86 AND x64). You need to manually install the Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022 packages from the Microsoft website here.

i have installed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x86 on my windows 7 32bit pc and it didnt help. so you recomend that i install the x64 also? someone else said that their pc crashed after installing x64 on a 32bit windows.
