I can not use spectrate modein Hearthstone. It seems not working right now.

When using the Appear Offline feature in the Blizzard App, you will not be able to spectate any games. So make sure to check your Status in the App, and verify the Appear Offline mode is not enabled.
Additionally, please try Scanning and Repairing your Hearthstone game client:
I never play in offline mode but now all work but I can not add friend on America server. EU an Asia work fine only america is broken. I can not find any repair tool in Battle.Net client so if you can direct where is it maybe it can help. I reinstall twice (also with deleting system files from HDD a clearing cache) and not help.
