I got an email from support with some possibile fixes to this bug. It was very long and I could not stop laughing reading it.
The most disturbing advices were like
Try to relaunch hs several times
Try to get an error unable to restore your gamę
Wait at least ten minutes or until error change
And a lot of similar advices that ONLY showed that they have no idea how to fix it.
The funniest part was that after wasting over one hour it fixed it and I can play again.
