I’m able to press the play button once but then it does nothing, my hero is gone and if I leave and comeback its still the same, the normal difficulty works fine but heroic doesn’t.
Already tried reinstalling the game but it doesn’t work.
Yesterday I was told to way a few hours for it to be fixed and nothing after a whole day.

Thank you for reporting the bugs you find, and helping the developers improve the game for us all. This is not the right place to report bugs though, post any bugs you find on the dedicated bug reporting forum instead. Note that there are quite a few reports regarding this already, and is under investigation.
Submissions posted there have the benefit of allowing a community discussion around high-impact bugs, which can occasionally help in prioritizing them. If you want to check on a bug, we also keep a list of known active issues at the top of that forum that all players can see.
