I was playing Puzzles at Boomsday Project and when I got to the boss Zerek, the game simply froze, i couldn’t do anything besides quitting the game, even conceding i couldn’t do. So I quitted and restarted the game but now I’m stuck on the ‘‘Reconnected’’ screen that says: ‘‘You were reconnected to your last game. Resuming…’’. It’s been almost 1 hour in this screen and no changes happened.

There is a known problem with this specific encounter at the moment. As with most similar issues though it can typically be resolved by closing the game for at least 30 minutes before reconnecting. If that still doesn’t work, you may need to wait for the root cause to be fixed.
