Stuck on “Connecting to Hearthstone” (EU Region Only, Since Early April)

I’ve been completely unable to log into Hearthstone on the Europe region since early April 2025. The game gets stuck on the “Connecting to Hearthstone” screen and never progresses to the login or main menu.

My situation:

  • Affected account: SuppeFyr#2418
  • Happens on: iPhone, iPad (iOS 18.3.2), and Windows PC
  • Region: Europe only
  • Workaround: I can log in and play normally when I switch to the America or Asia region.
  • I’ve already tried: Reinstalling the app, clearing cache, switching networks, different devices – no change.

This appears to be a region-specific account lockout and matches issues described in the Patch 32.0 Known Issues thread.

I’ve texted with multiple GM’s whom suggested I write in here.

I’ve been playing hearthstone since 2015 so my account is very important (and has been expensive…)
