I have reinstalled multiple times, updated my drivers, checked for issues with the drive, disabled anti virus, scanned the game files, ect. I can play other games just fine, but hearthstone wont open. I can play call of duty without problem. PLEASE HELP!!

I had a look and there can be some other causes of this issue, can you please try the steps here for us and see if this resolve the issue for you.

Sorry for not seeing your reply earlier, but at least you were able to fix it.
In regards to the New Admin account issue, it just means your original Admin account needs it’s permissions repairing, though you’d have to look into that yourself or contact Microsoft about that as it’s a problem with Windows itself.
