Stuck on Tavern Doors

I create new topic, as I can’t replay in old one, since my post is last one and editing it doesn’t bring topic top. That means, I can’t update my quote for others to see (well designed forum, same as last update of your game).

finally, 6 re-installs and I managed to get into game and play some games. The difference from previous tries, last download and update was done while in game, so I managed to get into game before finalized update. Once it was done, I restarted the game. Guess what happened. Game won’t start, gets stuck on tavern doors. HTC One m9, updated, Please, enlighten me, how it is my end fault, if the game was running fine till I installed newest update and the moment it was up, the game woldn’t run anymore.

FIX THAT DAMN UPDATE

+1 havent been able to play my favorite game for a couple of days now thnx for ruining my arena efforts :frowning:

Any update? As a customer who has spent quite a lot of $$$ on this game, I would expect a bit of respect and interest. Very disappointed, as all I get is ignorance. It’s been a week now and not only there is no solution to the problem, but blizzard sits quiet. I think the number of 1 and 2 starts you’ve gotten in last week on google play shows well how big problem it is, yet still, it looks like nothing’s been done… sooo disappointing

Good morning, i have the sme problém here, i read that this problém have a lot of people, so i expected blizz will solve it soon, but days gone and nothing happend. So i tried reinstall game…cca 5 Times but nothing happend.

A small update from US forum. At least, CS admitted over there nearly straight away there was a problem and they were aware of it and working on it, requesting additional data from users.

Unfortunately, newest update from 8h ago is not the most optimistic one, as there are no updates on the case and still testing, which seems like they don’t really know what the issue is, since it’s been 10 days now :frowning:

This also makes me wonder, why we can’t get help like that on EU forum. Our CS’es are only suggesting general troubleshooting tips as solution, without any admittance of there being a problem and blizzard working on it…

So happy to see that I am not the only one having this problem. Playing on Xiaomi redmi 3s with android 6.0.1 and everytime I rty to get in game I dont even get to see the HS logo, IT freezes on tavern doors And game crashes. On PC it works jíst fine. I have tried everything, reinstalling, clearing cache data everything 5 times at least yet without succes… please fix fast cuz I am loving this game si far And I play IT on phone almost exclusively Now.

Having the same problem, not sure if blizzard is trying to fix this issue. However I’m not stuck on the doors im stuck on the wooden bored before opening the game. I’ve tried resetting the cache and uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. Never works. Ive been playing it just fine until the recent update and then it just stoped.

More or less same problem here.
Error message says the game was timed out when collecting data ftom Hearstone utility service, and I should relaunch. My brother has the same problem. Game was running fine this afternoon. Already cleared cache, but does not help.
In the upper right corner, an error message appears
HS:CT;NetCacheDecks=0;NetCachCollection=0;NetCachCardValue:1

Same problem. Stuck at tavern doors. Running android 6.0.1 on lenovo tablet.

I’ve this problem the entirety of July. Sigh…
My phone is saying it is an ANR timed out problem. I fear it is processing speed issue and the game has grown to big for many devices to handle. It is not a network speed problem bc it happens even with high speed wifi.

Mine fixed on the last update Saviors of Uldum. Lg x power android 6.0.1
