I’ve tried to purchase the Rise of Shadows pre-order (on an Android phone) but appears to be stuck (longer than 20 mins). If I try to go to shop on iOS, it says another purchase is in progress. Please can you cancel it off so I can try again?

If you cannot cancel a transaction yourself, unfortunately, you must contact the Support directly, who will be able to assist you in this process.

Try the following for me please:
■ Re-log into HS on your device that first attempted the purchase
■ Sit at the Waiting for Authorization screen for 5 - 10 minutes
The order should be auto canceled and you can continue with other purchases
If that still does not help out, contact support directly as suggested by Raxr for further assistance.
