i have been trying to make a ticket for awhile now on battle.net, but i can’t seem to post it. it seems to be stuck so i figured id post about it.
i bought the tavern pass expecting to earn more rewards than before the new patch systems. Though i now believe i was lied to, i was promished more gold than the previous gold system. and am not experiencing it this way. i was wondering if i could refund my tavern pass, because i think myself and alot of other consumers have been tricked by the promishes made in the interviews.
I believe overall hearthstone is going to need to make more changes then currently implemented and than the new post by Kerfluffle, to compensate with this. including offering refunds for those who already purchased it under the previous pretenses. The game is getting to expansive and i feel we should be allowed to refund after the previous post admitting their rewards were wrong.
i also believe crafting costs of legendaries should be reduced by half. it makes no sense to need to disenchant 4 legendaries to make a single one. if they care about making the game easier to play for new players.
