Every time i try to enter mercenaries mode, the game freeze and then the message “We encountered an error when loading this menu. Please try again”. I tried for two days and it’s always the same problem, i tried to uninstall and reinstall the game but nothing, i also tried to change language but it’s useless

I have exactly the same problem… also tried to reset the phone and nothing.
