Great game, but right now it does not work. The games say I need to go to the play store to update, but the store has no update. It say that the latest update was July 30th. I have restarted the game, phone and play stor multiple times.
First time this happens to me and I have 600+ hours play time on this device.
Can you access your app storage in device settings and clear the Hearthstone app cache/data and then try playing once more.
You may also wish to reinstall the game on the phone.
If you still have a problem can you let us know which version is shown on the phone.
I have EXACTLY the same problem. It started occuring today. I deleted cache, it didn’t work. I am reinstalling it second time today. I have Xiaomi Mi9. Please help; because I can’t reinstall the game every 3 hours.
Also having the same issue. Also on Android and also started today. I have cleared the cache and that did not work.
Same issue. It went away after restarting the android device. After a while it came back again. Asking for an update and redirect to Google pay which has no update option
I’ve done all the above steps and alas I’m having to actually work now.

Deleting the cache does not help.
This happens to me too on Redmi 9.
Only reinstalling the game fixes the issue. However, the issue is instantly back once the game is closed or crashed.
If you are on a mobile connection with data limit reinstalling nor deleting Game data is an acceptable workaround.
Fix this asap please.

We’ve been able to deploy a fix to resolve so hopefully you shouldn’t encounter this now. If still encounter the issue, you may need to reinstall.

Same problem. Reinstall just won’t work, or cache delete, and I certainly can’t find the fix you mentioned.
Can you deploy a fix, to lower the graphics? Why you don’t let me a chance to sacrifice the beauty, to make performance better? These lags have lost so many games for me…
Buying a new phone is a little fortune to me, not everyone is on the good side of life, you know. On my PC I can make a screen smaller, and graphics lower, and play with no lags. But on the phone I have to suffer 3 seconds delay after every action. And sometimes it catches a freeze for 20 seconds. And if, God forbid, internet disconnects for a millisecond — Hearthstone falls into a deep coma and can’t connect back for a minute or two.
Something have to be done, to let low end players enjoy the game. It used to work just fine when it just came out, so don’t tell me it’s impossible.
