Hi,
For a week now, I cannot start or play HS on my Android phone when I use mobile data. It keeps getting stuck at the “doors”.
It is fine on WiFi, but as I travel a LOT by train I cannot always use this.
I reinstalled the app and restarted my phone several times but to no avail.
Please help me out!

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been having issues connecting on your phone. If the game is okay while on wifi, but not on data, it would suggest the issue is related to your data connection. Perhaps you have a cap or the connection is not ideal, or you’re using a VPN. Sadly this would not be within the scope of support we can provide here, but we hope that with some experimentation and ensuring you have a good signal that you’re able to play without issues
