Unlock pack condition apprenticeship reguired

have bourht 7 packs in shop, but I cannot unlock them because i need apprenticeship.

Second: I have an HP desktop wich battle.net was installed, but is not working anymore.
I have all reconmended steps ececuted but still the battle.net keeps hanging on update.
I state updating following it is paused due to other update en starts again without completing the update en due to this i cannot play on the computer the game Hearthstone. I have installed Hearthstone and battle.net on an older desktop computer, but the process from the other computer was not saved on the older computer.
I play this from scratch and have above problem apprenticeship .
can you please explain how to achieve apprenticeship to unlock my purchased packs.

Wild mode packs are locked until you reach the rank bronze 10.

About the install/update on your computer, it’s probably caused by another program, this article should be enough to solve your problem :

Some programs can still cause problems, even when deactivated. You should temporaily uninstall any anti-virus, proxy etc that could hinder the install. Else, you can circumvent the problem copy/pasting the game from another computer.

About the lost progress, you’re apparently not connecting the right account. Please make sure to use the right email when connecting to the Battle.net app.
