I keep experiencing the same issue since the last patch and it happens every 2 matches at least. I’ve also noticed that the number of players using bots is increasing without any intervention by Blizzard. I closed my first account several years ago, a few months ago I created a new one and I’m again on the verge of closing this one forever again. As a user and a customer I feel ignored and this is extremely frustrating.
