The user [Snip] is a cheater, he hacked several random encounters totalling odds of less than 1%, its not fun if instead of getting stuff randomly, he is picking and choosing the outcome he wants.
Ban this user!
P.S. Do not tell me to use Hacks@blizzard.com, I have already tried this when reporting other users and have never got a response from that email.

Please note that the Forums are NOT to be used to report other players, “naming and shaming” in general is also forbidden.
The email you mentioned is the way to go. You will not receive any reply (it’s a report mailbox, not to be used to have a discussion/chat/conversation with our hacks team) but all reports made there are investigated.
