Waiting for authorization - Blizzard doesn’t answer

Hello Hearthstone/Blizzard,

I am not able to buy the adventure Galakronds Awakening. When I open the shop, it says ‘waiting for authorization’. Due to this problem I cannot buy the adventure and also no other packs. I did everything I could to solve this problem. I restarted Hearthstone, logged out, even re-installed it. Nothing helped. Can you help me please because this is really annoying. If I open the shop accidentally, I even have to restart Hearthstone because ‘waiting for authorization’ blocks my menu. Last but not least, this problem is going on for many weeks now, and it is almost impossible to make contact with the support of Hearthstone, which is extremely annoying. So I hope this post wil help me further.
