"Waiting for Authorization" bug...no solution so far

hello,

i have a problem with the hearthstone shop…there is still a “waiting for authentication” pending on my android phone (for about 1 month), so i can not enter the shop (also not possible on pc).
iI tried the soultion given here: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/10458 but it has not worked so far
Is there any possibility you could cancel that process?

If you’ve done all the steps there, you’ll need to make a ticket to reach out to support directly, as we can’t deal with payment issues directly on the forums :slight_smile:
