Waiting for Authorization problem

Greetings,

I accidentally pressed that i wanted to buy 2 packs from the store… now the store is stuck on Authorization at my iPhone. I have tried everything that is included in this site → https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/10458 , But nothing helped.
