Waiting for Authorization

Hello guys,
problem as follows: Whenever I want to play in Arena, a screen with… “waiting for authorization” shows up. If I have 150 in-game gold, I am able to trick the system just by clicking the 150g button really (!) fast, before the screen freezes. I am however not able to spend real money anymore (since almost a year that is).
I know some background on this problem:

-It occurred exactly at the time when my mobile and PC account split (they do no longer exchange any data- if I craft a card on the PC for example, my mobile-version will not be effected by this and I will not have said card there. Same goes with gold, ladder progress… everything is split.

I have the same problem, but i waited for like an hour or so continuasly for a weak, as i followed the insturuction you mentioned. Please advise.

Hi there mortiffer363, as my colleague mentions do make sure that you have at least run through all the steps on the Support Article for the Authorization issue. The particularly important step I want to call out is you actually need to wait on the Authorization screen in the shop for at least 20 minutes, and it really does have to be 20+ minutes, if you do any less it may not fix the issue sadly :(, also you have to make sure that it’s on the same device you placed any recent orders on.

If you have made sure to do that steps outlined you need to reach out to Customer Support and they can check for any problems on our end.
