Just want to share it in here. Im really having a bad day because of it.
So i cameback to Hearthstone recently and i saw this “Welcome back bundle” offers. It was looking good so i decided i want to buy it. I tried to put money to battle net balance and with several attempts i was able to do this. Of course i didnt recieved the money immediately, actually i didnt recieved it still lol, more then 30 hours have passed. So i putted more money and this time i directly bought “Runestones”. I bought 16000 runestones and what do you think happened? Thats right, bundle just dissapeared, because apperently blizzard cant put a timer for how long you actually have this offer.
So now i have a bunch of “Runestones” in game, which i cant spend properly and i dont want to spend them on stupid bundles that not worth it. I wrote support and they respond with “We cant do anything”. So who should we blame in this cases? Is it really my fault that i had money in pending and coudnt do anything about it? Is it really my fault that there is no easy access info about duration of a bundle offer? What should i do with this in game currency now?
My day ruined, my mood ruined, my money kinda ruined. Which lead me to a conclusion that i should never play this game ever again or even anything from Blizzard. Because literally you cant have fun in HS without spending a bunch of money on it, but when you actually trying - there is something happening too. Dead end.
The only thing i hope that maybe some developers will respond, because im sure there is a way to bring a bundle back to me so i can buy it. But if not, then i just want to share this info to anyone who thinking about putting any effort or reourses in this game. I was stupid - you dont have to be.
“We cant do anything” heh no worth comments. Ur money is in my wallet so u can go away now. Thats why i never spending money in stupid games i prefer get drunk full weekend than giving someone money for food just for things in games.

So-called addiction. Most of the time that im buying some in-game currency or dlc i immediately regret about it. It used to bring joy, but not anymore. Just an illusion to make you want even more, cause its never enough. But anyway, i would be just a little bit happier for a couple of days, if i could spent it on this. It was my choice, but i didnt expect this outcome lol
Depending on the time passed between paying and realizing that the thing you paid for passed, you can ask for reffund. The problem is that Blizzard is famous for banning people for abusing the reffund functionality… What is “abusing” is vague…

Yeah i know, but forget about the money. The problem im talking about is really simple to solve actually. JUST put the simple timer on top of a “special offer”, which will show how long the deal will be in a market. I dont know btw, maybe there is timer already, but it surely supposed to be more noticable. And the second thing, blizz need to do something with this payment pending status. I mean its so stuuupid, first of all i dont know any other service who would hold your money for this long, this thing happening only in battle.net. But on top of that, interesting thing also is that you can immediately buy “Runestones” for example and you will have them the moment you clicked, but when you trying to put a money to the wallet, so you can spend them on different things - it will take like 2 days for them to arrive
Hmm, never had this issue tho (Payment pending) May be it is on the bank side, not sure. I agree about the timer, there isn’t one, as of now. May be to incentivise you to buy now and not think about if you really want to. Something like impulsive purchase.

Not a bank problem 100%. Its taking your money from the bank, transaction is complete, it require no additional approval from my side, but then its just going to a “space” for a couple of days, i dont know what they checking, this thing is exist only with battle net. And then if you think a little, it doesnt make any sense. Because look, i can buy with no problem “Runestsones” or any in-game product and i will get it immediately, but when im trying to put money just to have them in my battle net wallet - it will take a really huge delay. Now, what is the difference between this two transactions? - there is no, same card, same bank, same ammount but two different rules which is nobody telling you about. I did the same mistake in the past, but its just not a thing that you keeping in your head for years, because its really stupid that it work this way
