Wondrous Wand draw bug

I am not sure, if this is originally planned to be like it is. However, when using Wondrous Wand created by Heistbaron Togwaggle, if one of the draws is the Candle from deathrattle of Waxadred, cost of the next card drawed after the Candle is not reduced to zero.
