Wrongful Account Closure – Looking for Clarification

Hello,

My Hearthstone account was recently closed for “botting” or using third-party software, but I’ve never used any automation or programs. I play only from my android phone, manually, usually a few games per day.

I received the standard closure message but I still don’t understand what caused it. I’m worried it could be a false flag since I have a few Battle.net accounts created around the same time and play them manually.

I’ve already submitted an appeal, but I wanted to ask here if anyone else experienced something similar or if Blizzard staff can confirm whether there’s any known issue affecting mobile players.
