hey since the patch i cannot get into the game. i uninstall battlenet + hearthstone i still cannont reach the welcome menu. i cannot screenshot the issue but it says " your game timed out as it was requesting data from the hearthstone utility service. please relaunch hearthstone to reconnect". it has been 4 days since. thanks

I can get into the US or asia version but not the EU version

You may need to clear the game cache files to resolve this issue.
- Open the “Go” Menu
- Navigate to the Library folder
- Open Preferences then the Blizzard folder
- Delete the Hearthstone folder
Repeat the above steps for the Application Support folder instead of Preferences.
If the issue continues then contact the Support Team.
this is happening to me aswell av cleared cache files av reinstaled and av even rest computer and internet nothing is workig it requests files a dont know how to do that on the support but this problem needs sorted av spent money on a game i cant even play
