Account Problem! The "READY" button is inactive

heroes and other things are not displayed in the collection. The “READY” button is inactive.

on another account everything is ok.

in a region other than EU everything is also ok.

on another computer - in this account - the same problem.

same here. I think many EU players are having this issue.
windows/mac players are impacted the same way this past few hours. And none of the repair/reinstall tricks are helping, it’s got to be server side.

same problem here.
my party mamber was able to play when i exit party/game.
so this problem it probably hits random accounts…

well we waited whole day, and not a sound from support, or information it dont work.

Me too, I have already tried:

  • deleting hots folder from %ProgramData%,
  • reinstalling the game,
  • different connections (via mobile and via wifi),
  • logging via vpn.
    Nothing of the above mentioned worked for me. Logging in to other regions solve the issue (e.g. game is playable in americas). This makes me assume the problem is with EU server.

Have the same issues, when changing to Americas account it already works, my Europe account is KO. Please fix???

Was planningon spending some more money on the game in support of the devs, but now it seems like my account is lost. I can log in fine on NA server but not EU, so its not a issue on my end.

it’s a server issue on blizzard’s end.

Make a new account for test, it’ll work, but the old one is like lost in some limbo. so it’s not not your end, as support claims.
