I bought yesterday the golden Abathur skin from shop, it was in featured skins. Today I woke up to a patch and my golden Aba is now dusty red. I bought the golden one, not red one. How can I use the thing I bought and not a substitute?

Well, I contacted the customer support, and apparently nothing can be done - not a refund, not giving the tint I bought and like, not anything. Just cross my fingers that developers would suddenly decide to revert the change they made.
