Heya,
My client seems to automatically assigns a hotkey profile from the cloud. The Problem is, that this hotkey profile is broken. After every restart I have 2 Standard Profiles in my Client. Additionally these Profiles are not the normal Standard Profile. After I delete both of these Profiles the game gives my the normal Standard Profile back. But I need to do that after restart.
This issue isn’t bound to the installation. I have this issue across multiple PCs on my Account.
Is there a known Solution for this? Or a way to disable cloud saved keyboard Profiles?
You may need to “Reset Ingame Options” in the Battle.net App Game Settings section, this should clear the games cloud saved profiles and allow you to set them up again.
I did that and the client in fact restored all my Settings to default; besides the keybinds. The Keybinds are still broken.
I have an idea here, can you try creating a New Admin account, then resetting the bindings ingame.
Should that work then on your other profiles you simply need to delete the Heroes files in My Documents and Battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders in ProgramData.
To get there Press windows key + R > Type %programdata% > Click OK > Delete the Battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders
