When you get lvl 20 Lava Wave 2 charges, the cooldown remains the same unless you let both charges refill first…

The cooldown remains the same whatever you do.
Talent says it lowers cooldown from 90 by 30, a.k.a. it should be 60 sec per charge, but it remains 90 sec per charge.

Ok, but can you just fix it lol.
base cooldown is 120s. so its not a bug. even though lava wave is entertaining, 30s cd would be way too much purging by fire.
