Cannot play HOTS play mode disabled

hello,
both the store and game are not working.
I’ve tried deleting cache, repairing game, installing and uninstalling.

nothing worked, the gems are greyed out and the play button is “Please Wait” and says play mode is currently disabled.

its been going for more than a day. Not sure what affects it.

and i’m unable to fix it.

Please give these steps a go when you have a moment:

  • Close Heroes and Blizzard Battle.net app; terminate all Blizzard/Battle.net/Agent processes from Task Manager
  • Press Windows + R keys and type %programdata%
  • Delete Battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders (if you are using a Mac, the path is users\shared)
  • Close Windows Explored, restart Blizzard app and see if the issue persists

Note: Should there be no improvements; please close the game and your app once again, go to Documents\Heroes of the Storm, and delete the Variables.txt file. Check also your DNS and replace them with Google’s, if yours are different.

deleting the entire folder worked.

needed to locate games afterwards.
