Can't delete the game it’s bugging up? battle.net stuck at 45%

I’m trying to reinstall the game but its not allowing me i have the battle.net at 45% when i try to install it?

I have deleted the game normal way by going to the folder and deleting it.

Blizzard should have a program that deletes everything that the game leaves behind…

i can’t upload media to show the problem…

Had to do this
win+R
search regedit
find HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Blizzard Entertainment\Launcher
had to delete the folder and download it diffrent language then it works then back to english.

kill service “agent” and “battlenet” in task manager
then remove everything from disk C named Blizzard and Battlenet except games!
delete registry Blizzard and battlenet
then install again… im my case it help

how did yall get it to work i did both of yalls methods and still stuck for me plz help meT-T
