my Bnet launcher app shows multiple players are playing Hots or in Hots lobby. However, when in game, I can only see one or two. I can’t invite the players I don’t see, and when they invite me, I don’t receive any invite.
I have repaired the game and it changed nothing.

Well, I used to have problems with the mastery ring textures for heroes. Resolution change did not help, repairing the game didn’t help, reinstalling…? No chance. I had to fricking download a cache that has the directory and proper pathfinding to the game’s loading. Those textures were downloaded from a chinese hots fan support website. I probably take that you tried everything and still no outcome… of course, me and one of my friends had a problem like yours but, it was fixed by closing the game and then starting it up again. Idk if that will help you…
