Can't play have information about update of game. even format pc didn't helped

tried format pc reinstall game and still i Can’t play on eu servers but can play on asian

Hi, i have the same problem, had you find any solution ?

i can play American or Asian game but not European one
the game complains about my game’s version. I was able to play yesterday successfully.

I try repair game, uninstall then reinstall, reboot multi-times.
A friend of mine has the same version as me (2.55.6.92665) and has no matter (we use to play together)

there is a another topic for this :slight_smile: Only EU have this problem

It seems like the issue is only related to the EU zone. I still haven’t found a workaround to this, but so far the Asian and American zones are working fine.
