Heroes of the storm and Starcraft 2 are supposedly installed on my computer according to the windows uninstaller with HOTS taking up 20+GB and starcraft 2 taking up 40+GB but when I try to uninstall it the Battle net app shows an error and the page for the games have “install” on the page suggesting that it is uninstalled when it is clearly not, taking up 60+GB of my SSD. I’ve looked for ways of fixing this error but all I see is this which doesn’t solve anything.
In rare situations, you may need to manually uninstall the game. Follow the steps below:
Open Control Panel.
Click Uninstall a program.
Right-click the game icon and select Uninstall.
If the game is not listed under Add/Remove Programs, manually uninstall the game by deleting the folder in the directory where the game was installed.
After uninstalling, there may be game files remaining on your computer. Search for any related files and delete them. These files are normally found in the following locations:
C:\Documents and Settings\Local Settings\Temp
C:\Windows\Temp
C:\Program Files\gametitle
C:\Program Files (x86)\gametitle
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Blizzard Entertainment
C:\Users\Public\Games\gametitle
C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Blizzard Entertainment\gametitle
Empty the Recycle bin.
Please help if you know how to fix this
