Collection or Game Data Is Not Loading

Collection is not loading properly and it says “Unlocking is temporarily unavailable” in my computer therefore game is not allowing me to play ranked or unranked. I signed in with my account on my wife’s PC where she can play with her account without a problem, and faced with another bug/problem. Its not loading the game data and won’t allow me to play any game modes.

This is persisting since the Friday night, and I think something wrong specifically with my account. Does any one experienced anything similar and/or know what to do to solve this. My rank is decaying :frowning:

Heya Sheepheard,

Could you try renaming the following folders in programdata. These hold some connection cache information which Heroes uses:

  • Press windows key + R
  • Type %programdata%
  • Click OK
  • Rename the Blizzard Entertainment folder

If the issue persists, could you test if it still occurs under a new administrator account. With any luck we’ll have you back in and playing soon!

None of the solutions you’ve offered is working. I had also tried the following: Reset the Windows, delete the latest Windows updates, completely uninstall and reinstall the game and B.net launcher. Still not working.

It was at least allow me to play QM and Brawl before, now it is completely not loading my in-game data. Also, I completed the tutorial in another computer (next to mine with the same internet connection) and it solved. But, when I tried the same process in my PC it doesn’t changes anything.

I would like to show you what it looks like but I’m not allowed to post any photos, links etc.

I have also same problem tried everything on forums , also deleted re installed game , drop some patch or something to fix it!
