For the past few months, my PC has been crashing on Infernal Shrines whenever the middle shrine gets activated. My screen goes completely black and I have to turn the computer off and on again. This is the only battleground this seems to be happening on. I have lost over 1,500 ranked points because of this. Any help would be appreciated.
Hey there! This is quite unfortunate and odd that your PC behaves that way on one of the maps. First of all, I’d suggest updating your drivers. If that doesn’t help, look into your background applications.
I have updated all of my drivers and I tried disabling background applications but it still happened during a custom game. I made it halfway through the middle shrine and then the screen went black again.
I’ve also tried repairing the game but it says there’s nothing to repair.
I have played this game since April 2017 and this has never happened to me until the past few months.
