I was playing the game normally then all of a sudden mid-game my game lags then freezes for a moment then shuts down and a crash report appears …thinking nothing was wrong I send the crash report and open the game, but to my surprise, I find that all my in game data is gone … I lost everything and I’m, not gonna repeat it all
Please post in Technical Support here as your issue seems serious
But please try and make sure you are on the correct region while in-game because other regions do not share your game progress
