Hello.I’m having an issue starting Heroes of the Storm. When I press Play the game starts for some seconds then crashes, displaying an error message: “e_gfxErrorAPIError”. with this Report ID: 7201E88D-851A-4B58-9330-92BED6177BDF. I tried several times to reopen, also restarted my pc and updated all my drivers. Hope my information will be at help. Thank you in advance!
Edit (SOLVED): It was my PC problem. My gpu’s, precisely. I just ended every task of my NVIDIA Card processes on Task Manager, also restared Windows Explorer from there, then the game ran finely.
