Dear heroes players,
Not sure if any of you’ve been an affected recently with an issue that constantly drops then reconnects you to the game.
The issue gets to a terminal point and calls itself a “desync” in which you cannot reconnect.
I have a good connection no ping issues does anyone know why this is happening, I am also not the only player in my community of players that is having these repeat issues.
I’ve had this code pop up on the last crash.

any help would be appreciated, as I really don’t want to have to go back to the league for a moba.
all the best

Hey Bright,
Try deleting the Variables.txt from the Documents\Heroes of the Storm file path. Once done, open the Blizzard Desktop App and click the blue logo at the top left. Click on Settings and from the new window, click on Game Settings. Find Heroes of the Storm, and click on Reset In-Game Options.
Test the game again afterwards.
Have a few seconds to spare? Let me know how I’m doing!

Hi,
This still seems to be happening, I play two games and then it goes wrong again.
I’ve Flushed my DNS as well as repeatedly deleted my variables folder and it still keeps going wrong.
The crazy thing is it goes away for 3-4 games 24-48 hours later so i can play out of low prio then goes to rubbish as I get out again >.<
regards
bright
Please try fully error checking all relevant storage drives and then repair the game using the option included in the Blizzard Battlenet App
