Disconnecting after 8th minute

In every match, there is a high chance that I start lagging then disconnect. Also, in my last game i couldnt use tracers ult, it was locked, grey, didnt charge. This happend after i reconnected which usually takes 3-8 minutes.
This always happens in the 7-8th minute…
I tried reinstall,scan&repair,lower settings, no onedrive

I tried all the suggested things in the troubleshooting article, i tried with different internet connections and the problem still occurs between 8-9 min… Maybe it’s not the connection?

Have you tried running a WinMTR to see where the disconnect happens? Run the WinMTR while playing the game.

Thanks a million for the data. As suggested above, could you please run a WinMTR? That might even show more. The looking glass data shows a spike in the connection between hop 6 and 7 which might be responsible for the disconnects.

The data looks fine, you might want to update your sound driver as well, but that wouldn’t be related. Have you tried power cycling your router?

I tried it 2 times already and I still got the problem…

Got the same issue, lags to hell and usually freezes after a minute of lagging. Starts with sound lagging behind the video, and usually right after ultimates become available or around 8th min, for absolutely no discernible reason. I also noted a spike in HDD usage, it goes to 100% when the problem starts. It only happens on windows 10 for me, windows 7 didnt have this issue. Made a topic about it and its been 2 weeks since i posted my dxdiag and msinfo. My thread is dead and so are my hopes of ever playing this game again because windows 7 is too old to use now and many dont offer support for it anymore.

Have the same problem. my computer is 1 week old. I can play overwatch without problems, but when I try to play heroes of the storm my screen freeze and I get kicked in and out like 10-15 times in one game -.- I have tryed everything and nothing Works -.-

Hello, I ask for help because I have a really annoying problem with my f.lux application (for luminosity). Since I reinstalled the game two days ago it doesn’t work anymore, I tried reinstalling both but nothing new. I created a topic but no answer so I’d like to catch your attention since this problem is really annoying and destroying my eyes when I want to play at night. I don’t know how I can fix it…
