EU server refuse to show character list and start any type of match

After login in game on EU server I can not see my character list and start any type of match.
Same account on Asia and US working.

Clearing all possible cache not helped and manipulation with settings too.

same issue, logging in, no aram loading “there was a temporary problem with your request. Please try again.” for the whole day. and Quick match wont load either

Have the ame issu… seems like an account\server issue, so we have to wait until blizzard decides to look for a solution. Please open tickets upin tickets reporting thr issue. they cannot ignore us all.

Still broken for me as well. Just says “There was a temporary problem with your request. Please try again.”

Been having the same problem for 2 days too. EU server. Gold and Shards value don’t display on the top. QM button says " Selected hero is not valid" queue doesn’t work. Aram button can be pressed but also doesn’t work. Not going to Americas… will play other games. Hope they can fix it asap.

Almost everyone on Europe is having this issue, yet a few players are shown that they are ingame according to their status on the chat box.
I guess Blizzard has mainly given up on Heroes of the Storm - similar with Diablo II: Resurrected, and are more focused on mobile games instead.

What’s more: I can join party, even talk in lobby to others (they have no problems, and play normally). I’m fine when switching to Americas or Asia. Some said that this could be connection ristrictions problem - well no - i changed to mobile just to check and NO, still dead. Loging in to new account acctually works i can start fresh accoumnt in EU and play games normally… but i wantmy 280lvl MURA back!

Same here. I opened two tickets to Blizzard.

I think they have a KI for support… the KI answers Bullxhit :roll_eyes:

2 Times the same answer - no one cares :rage:

My guesses is that Blizzard released a hidden “patch” that we didn’t know about which broke the servers somehow. Not the one from 14th October last month as that one just changed the stats on some of the heroes and the background picture on the main menu. And that actual patch hasn’t been an issue with for all of us.
Ooooor maybe Heroes of the Storm EU servers are suffering from Ddos attacks?
