I have tried to open and see if I could play Heroes but was left with the loading and this Report ID. I didn’t install it on a Onedrive thing like other thread have said and i did a full uninstall twice now and have had no such luck. One of the thread mention about a Admin thing and tried it with a new account and nothing.
